Excelent landscape picture!I love it.Brilliant shot!

Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
It was taken on an evening when I am out late to wander around the Magic Kingdom with the tripod well after dark. Unlike many places, I'm delighted to report that Magic Kingdom is a very tripod-friendly location though you do have to watch out for several hundred thousand people walking through your shot.

Istanbul-Nice Architecture,So amazing!

Portugal

While it’s true that Portugal is no longer the Iberian Peninsula’s best-kept secret, it’s fairly easy to escape the crowds. Even at the busiest resorts in the Algarve, it only takes a short bus ride or a walk across countryside to reveal rarely visited places that still offer the feeling of discovery – a sentiment close to the Portuguese soul. Portugal has an old-fashioned charm, with medieval castles and picture-perfect villages scattered over meandering coastlines and flower-covered hillsides. From the ancient university town of Coimbra to Lord Byron’s favourite Portuguese haunt, Sintra, the country’s proud history can be felt everywhere.

Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwich Recipe

This French dip style sandwich uses the balsamic roast beef straight from the slow cooker without any additional cooking required. I like to remove the roast beef from the slow cooker with a pair of tongs and place into a serving dish. Then, using two forks, pull the roast beef apart with two forks. Since this roast beef is so tender, it easily separates.

Then, pour the gravy from the roast beef into a fat separator to remove as much of the fat that cooked off of the beef while it was cooking as possible. Once you have separated, pour the gravy into individual dipping bowls.

It will have more of an Asian flair than a traditional French dip sandwich since my balsamic roast beef includes a bit of an Asian influence with the red pepper flakes, soy sauce, etc, but my family and guests have always loved that little surprise when they first taste these sandwiches.

Pull out soft sub rolls or hoagie buns  and set up a buffet where family or guests can assemble their own sandwiches, pick up an individual dipping bowl, and dig in.

While we like these sandwiches just like described above, you can also prepare various spreads for guests to use such as a mustard spread, horsey sauce, or even spiced mayo spreads.

Hashbrown Casserole Recipe

If I were stuck on a desert island with only one food to sustain me, it would be potatoes. They are the most versatile food in existence – boiled, roasted, grilled, fried, and if all goes to mush, mashed. A vehicle for meat, condiments and other vegetables.

I know my sister feels the same way, because once when we were kids, our parents took us out for Sunday lunch, and I got to witness her ordering a veggie plate with four different kinds of potatoes: fries, potato salad, mashed potatoes and hash browns.

Our love for potatoes? It’s deep-rooted, baby. Especially for potatoes with cheese.

If you’ve ever been to a Southern Baptist potluck (or breakfast at Cracker Barrel), you know the power of this baked cheesy-potato goodness. No one can resist it. And it’s about as simple as casseroles come.

Hashbrown Casserole

1 (10.25-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups (8 ounces) Colby Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
        1/2 cup finely chopped onion
        1 1/2  teaspoons salt
        1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
2 pound bag frozen shredded hash browns
        1/4 cup chicken broth

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13″ x 9″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set    aside.
2 In a largest mixing bowl, combine the soup, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, butter, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder, if using.
3 Fold in half of the frozen potatoes. Add the chicken broth, and fold in the rest of the potatoes.
4 Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
5 Bake for 50-55 minutes, until heated through and top is browned.

Irish blarney castle

A castle named bunratty castle in Blarney Ireland,so also named Blarney Castle Tower. It was built nearly six hundred years ago by one of Ireland's greatest chieftains, Cormac MacCarthy, and has been attracting attention beyond millions over the last few hundred years, making it a world landmark and one of Ireland's greatest treasures.

Now that might have something to do with the famous Blarney Stone, the legendary Stone of Eloquence, found at the top of Tower. Kiss it and you'll never again be lost for words. But you have to summon your courage to kiss the "Kissing-Stone".
